Track component lifecycles
SPARKL® manages components from factory to recycling
CHALLENGES
Grounded aircraft are costly both to the operator and and to their component maintenance providers
Day-to-day operations cause the most wear and tear for engine components
Manually analysing reports to decide upon an action requires time and costly specialist knowledge
SOLUTIONS
Track the state of component parts and their dependent and inter-related systems throughout their lifecycle, including when they are in operation
The SPARKL Sequencing Engine automatically generates system reports in response to certain pre-identified events. Automating such tests and processes captures years of experience acquired knowledge into the inter-dependence of component parts in a scalable manner.
Minimise time out of service for maintenance
The SPARKL Sequencing Engine can trigger temporary fixes while an aeroplane is in action by monitoring sensor reports and data feeds and automatically initiating pre-determined actions or processes. SPARKL can process thousands of such event triggers per second. Once an aircraft is grounded, initial analysis is already complete and a manual service plan can be ready for execution (if needed at all).
View both component level and broad aircraft status reports
By tailoring reports to your engineering requirements, the SPARKL Sequencing Engine can provide a fine level of granularity as well as aggregating that information into high level state views.
